TERMS & CONDITIONS

Overview
Effective January 1, 2015, THESE STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL PURCHASES and may be revised at any time by future TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Sunluxx Industrial Co.,Ltd,hereby gives declaration that All products ordered from Sunluxx or appointed Sales Agencies constitutes acceptance of the terms set forth herein, as such terms may be updated or revised. The buyer's acceptance of the provisions of Sunluxx Terms and Conditions as recited herein shall be conclusively presumed on Buyer's receipt of the goods. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Sunluxx and the Buyer, and supersede other communications between the two parties, whether written or oral.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance by Sunluxx and are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Sunluxx reserves the right to select its customers and reject any order. Additions to orders are allowed in the case of the original order has not yet been released to manufacturing. Any other terms proposed by Buyer and/or stated in a customer’s purchase order are not valid unless approved by an authorized Sunluxx representative and accepted in writing. Acceptance of any order is subject to availability of product and the ability of Sunluxx to deliver. In the case of which a specified area is not covered by a distributing agent, the buyer may purchase or inquire directly through Sunluxx.

PRICING
Although, pricing changes rarely occur, any and all price quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.. All prices quoted are US dollars . Special projects and large quantity purchasing are open to variable quotations upon inquiry and rely solely upon Sunluxx discretion and we must confirm all quotations in writing for the period shown on the quotation. Price preservation will be provided for a period of thirty, (30) days from date of quotation from Sunluxx, after that prices are subject to change.

SHIPPING COST
Sunluxx prices do not include any shipping cost of transportation. The price cost Sunluxx offered is EXW items. Consequently, shipping cost or other costs shall be paid by the Buyer, But We charge reasonablly low cover charges for type of transportation such as By express (DHL,UPS or Fedex ),By Air or By Sea after compared it exactly. .

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Terms of payment for Sunluxx shall be prepayment in full with order. On large, volume orders and only on a case by case basis, Sunluxx may approve a down payment with order and the balance due prior to shipping. We are not a financial institution and do not extend credit terms. Acceptable methods of payment include: bank wire, Paypal, Western Union.

MINIMUM BILLING
We have no minimum order size.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Sunluxx LED products are produced and made to order for each customer. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.For this reason, we highly recommend customers order samples before placing large orders to ensure the product meets your requirements. Prior to ordering, customer/buyer is responsible for taking accurate measurements for all aspects of any light retrofit and existing fixture dimensions. The measurements for each of the Sunluxx products is listed on the accompanying spec sheet for that product and is available to view online or download and print. Sunluxx requires prior notification and approval for any return/exchange due to warranty claim. Contact by email a.order@sunluxx.net All valid and authorized returns must be made in their original packaging with sufficient packing material. Damaged, modified or installed items will not be accepted for return/exchange. It is highly recommended that returns are insured and shipped with a verifiable tracking number. In the case of a return due to a warranty claim, Sunluxx is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. Customer/Buyer is responsible to notify shipper of any claim. PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Sunluxx reserves the right to modify designs, change specifications, change prices, and discontinue products.
